Matt Heskamp founded the St. Louis Neighborhood Flag Project to celebrate the city’s history and culture through 79 unique flags, each representing a neighborhood’s story. With roots in social work and design, Matt blends creativity with community engagement to ensure every flag reflects the people, pride, and character of St. Louis.
