If you were looking for live music in a unique area in the 1980s and '90s, Kennedy’s Second Street was the place to go. Kennedy’s was located in the historic district of Laclede’s Landing at 612 North Second Street. Fun Fact: Richard Fortus, St. Louis native and Guns N’ Roses guitarist, had an early band called The Eyes that played at Kennedy’s.
